Commuter Rail Service
Leander Station is the Northernmost stop of the Metrorail Redline serviced by Cap Metro. The Redline is a 32-mile route features free onboard Wi-Fi and includes 8 stops as riders move from Leander to the final station in downtown Austin.
Austin Voters approved a $7.1 billion Project Connect plan in 2020. Project Connect will add two light rail lines and an additional commuter rail line. The project will include stops at regional destinations such as the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, the Austin Convention Center, the Domain, and the Q2 Stadium.

Commuter Bus and On-Demand Service
Capital Metro provides commuter bus service from the Leander Station in addition to an on demand service (Pickup Leander) within Leander's service zone.
